Getting Started
Physiotherapy helps you recover movement and reduce pain after injury, surgery or illness. It uses hands-on treatment, targeted exercise and advice to treat the cause of your problem — not just the symptoms.

We start by listening to your story, then assess your posture, movement, strength and pain. We explain what we find in plain language, agree goals with you and usually begin treatment in the same visit.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area being treated. Bring any scans, X-rays, reports or prescriptions you have, and a list of your current medicines.
Fees depend on the treatment you need. Call us and we will explain the cost of your plan clearly before you begin.
Your Treatment
It depends on your condition, how long you have had it and your goals. After your assessment we will give you an honest estimate and review it as you progress.
Most sessions last around 30 to 45 minutes. Your first visit may take a little longer because it includes a detailed assessment.
Treatment should not be painful. Some techniques and exercises can feel uncomfortable or cause mild soreness for a day, but we always work within your comfort and adjust as you go — just tell us how you feel.
